VMware Cloud on AWS : Extending Networking to other accounts

Can we extend the VMware Cloud on AWS Networking to another VPC in a separate AWS account. I.e. can a VM in VMware Cloud on AWS, access an EC2 instance in another AWS account, which was not integrated to VMware Cloud on AWS during the setup phase.

You'll need to VPN from the NSX Tier 0 router in VMware Cloud on AWS to the transit gateway in that other account. You can also VPN into a VGW of another VPC if a transit gateway is not being utilized.
