How to delete RDS Snapshot which is in Creation Status

Tried to delete the RDS Snapshot which is in "Creation Mode" for so many days but the delete option is disabled. Please help me on how to delete it. Keep getting billing.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to delete a manual snapshot that is in Creating status. As you mentioned, it has to be in Available status to be deleted.
If you are not seeing any progress in the percentage completion or believe that the snapshot process is stuck, you can reach out to the AWS RDS support team. Since you are still being billed for the snapshot, you can work with the support team to review the progress of the snapshot and review if it can be deleted from the back-end.

Tried but as per the API doc, the DB snapshot must be in the available state to use the delete-db-snapshot command.
