Getting error while AWS opensearch restore operation

We have two accounts accountA and accountB, we are taking the snapshots from accountA to s3 bucket in accountB and that is working fine, but when we want to restore the domain from accountA to a new domain in accountB , The repository registration operation is working fine on accountB but when we try to get all the snapshots in the repository we are getting this error

We want to restore for disaster recovery operation
