Hi Support Team, we just faced the following issue,

Mar 23 14:18:33 mail postfix/smtpd[59466]: NOQUEUE: reject: RCPT from a9-30.smtp-out.amazonses.com[54.240.9.30]: 554 5.7.1 Service unavailable; Client host [54.240.9.30] blocked using bl.spamcop.net; Blocked - see https://www.spamcop.net/bl.shtml?54.240.9.30;

Could you please take care of this, or please advise how to fix this issue ASAP? Thanks in advanced.

For immediate support, you should create a support case.

The FAQs in the developer guide have a few recommendations. You could try contacting the postmaster of the domain that rejected your message.

If that is not feasible, you should consider using a dedicated IP address. The address is dedicated to you and allows you to control the reputation of that address.
