SES IP Blacklisted by


Hi Support Team, we just faced the following issue,

Mar 23 14:18:33 mail postfix/smtpd[59466]: NOQUEUE: reject: RCPT from[]: 554 5.7.1 Service unavailable; Client host [] blocked using; Blocked - see;

Could you please take care of this, or please advise how to fix this issue ASAP? Thanks in advanced.

For immediate support, you should create a support case.

The FAQs in the developer guide have a few recommendations. You could try contacting the postmaster of the domain that rejected your message.

If that is not feasible, you should consider using a dedicated IP address. The address is dedicated to you and allows you to control the reputation of that address.
