Unable to connect to website after lightsail restart

Hi, I Successfully created a lightsail LAMP instance connected it to Cloud9 via SSH following all the instructions. Got PHPmyadmin going via putty etc. All great, changes in cloud 9 updated via live site on public IP and could update mysql database via PHP ect on Cloud9 - wonderful.

I then stopped the lightsail instance, restarted but would not connect to new Public IP.Changed to Static (so if i would re-connect it after another stop/ restart) but still won't connect. Re-did all my putty setting so can access PHPmyadmin just in case (never know)- only thing remaining is for the app to run via (now static) IP - just get: This site can’t be reached.

I've probably missed something fundamental. Any help please:? :)

Reboot button on Lightsail page sorted it. Should have thought really if anything like my router :) More relevant to Lightsail than cloud 9 but hey ho, wasn't sure where the problem was and i followed so many steps to get this set up i feared the worse. (the documentation well written however). Happy with results at the moment; essentially now have what i had in c9.io! i think :)
