I can not sign in to the AWS account using the email

Hello,

I have a problem that I can not sign in to AWS account using my email due to the fact that during the sign in I have information that the AWS account does not exists, but when I'm creation the new AWS account based on this email I'm receiving verification email in which there is information that:

"We received a request to create a new AWS account using this e-mail address. We could not complete your request because an AWS account is already associated with this e-mail address. If the account associated with this e-mail address is active, you can sign in using the following link"

So how can I solve this issue ? Thanks
