Exam Revoked Due to technical Issue

0

I want to report an extremely bad experience giving the AWS Certified SysOps Administrator Associate(SOA-C02) exam on 18/Oct/2023. Apologies if this is not the right place to post this experience as I did not find any other forum to post exam-related experiences.

I forgot to connect the laptop charger at exam time and before completion of my exam the battery drained and I got off to get the charger and connect to the power socket. Unfortunately where I was sitting there was no power wall mount and I had to get off to another place and I was not able to do anything on the computer. I said to proctor but he didn't hear anything and revoked my exam. I raised the case in Pearsonvue they given below answer on email.

If you have any concerns, please reach out to AWS.

If you haven't already, you need to follow this advice and raise a ticket with AWS Training and Certification explaining the situation https://support.aws.amazon.com/#/contacts/aws-training

The AWS re:Post community doesn't have visibility of anything within your AWS Training and Certification account.
