Contact Lens for Connect: Where is the sentiment score stored?

0

My company wants to enable Contact Lens but, rather than use the UI for our Connect instance, export the transcription and data from the analysis. I'm looking to see if that's feasible. I found in the documentation that the transcripts are stored in the S3 bucket with the call recordings. Where is the sentiment score, etc. stored?

The contact lens data is all stored in a seperate JSON file on S3. The sentiment score ranges from -5.0 to 5.0

Have a look at the video on the bottom of this page: https://landing.voicefoundry.com/amazon-connect-spotlight-webinars-archive-contact-lens
