4.27 Can't package project (windows)

Hey! I've created a blank project and configured all 4 features (tested on a sample map) and wanted to package the project for windows. I've tried both develop and shipping configuration. I've followed provided packaging guide by adding GameKitConfig into Additional Non-Asset Directories to Copy (as it's been told in here https://docs.aws.amazon.com/gamekit/latest/DevGuide/awsgamekit-dg.pdf) But on packaging I'm getting following errors (they are actually differs based on what build configuration is selected. Any tips on fixing it?

The AWS GameKit plugin for Unreal uses the .dlls in the project's Binaries\ directory even in editor mode. In order to build a game in Shipping build configuration, you need to exit Unreal Editor and then run the following command:
