strange tables names in stv_tbl_perm

Hello, I ran this query

select name from stv_tbl_perm where temp = 1 and db_id=101618

And I got the following results :

These table names are not familiar to me, what do they mean? They are temp table created by users?, they are temp tables created by redshift? this format number:text@number@number@ means something?

those are user temporary tables and NOT created by Redshift. system created table during query processing should show up in STV_TBL_TRANS
