Hello.
I can confirm that the same issue occurs with my AWS account.
I tried opening the schedule editing screen using the steps in the document below.

There is a possibility that it is a UI issue, so I recommend that you report it using "Feedback" at the bottom left of the management console screen.

I have confirmed that the settings can be changed using the AWS CLI as shown below. So, although this is a temporary fix, if you want to change the settings, please try doing so from the AWS CLI. https://awscli.amazonaws.com/v2/documentation/api/latest/reference/application-autoscaling/put-scheduled-action.html
