Additional Information Required for Elastic Beanstalk Load Balancer Certificate

Certificate creation failed for my Elastic Beanstalk Environment with the message "Additional verification required to request certificates for one or more domain names in this request. "

I've asked for the certificate to be created against the domain name supplied by the Elastic Beanstalk environment.

Could someone help me complete this process? Thanks, Mark.

Note it's saying additional verification not information is needed. Sounds like you'll need to contact AWS Support - https://aws.amazon.com/premiumsupport/knowledge-center/acm-domain-certificate-allow-list/.
