In the midst of transferring all my domains to Route53 I have an important .UK.NET domain that I find I cant transfer to ROUTE53

I am slowly migrating my websites to route53 and have hit on a snag, I find i cant transfer a .uk.net website. Where can I transfer the IPS tag of this domain so that I can point the nameservers to route53. The whole idea of this migration was to reduce my costs and put everything into one place for ease of administration, obviously this cant happen now, but can you recommend me a cheap company that simply will register and point the nameservers of one domain ?

Although I couldnt seem to transfer it through ROUTE53 because it didnt give an option for uk.net websites I managed to transfer it to GANDI which is the underlying Registrar so everything is in one place after all.
