I understand you're trying to create a $384 USD per month plan (4XLarge) server using the Plesk Ubuntu BYOL blueprint in Amazon Lightsail, but getting an error saying it's not available. While this combination currently doesn't work in the Lightsail console, we're working on supporting this so you can create 4XLarge servers with Plesk Ubuntu BYOL in the future.
For now, there's a different way to create your server. You can use AWS CloudShell from the Lightsail console instead. Here are the steps you need to follow:
Step 1: Find the 4XL bundle ID for your region
Bundle IDs vary by region. To find the correct 4XL bundle ID for your region, run:
aws lightsail get-bundles --region "<YOUR_REGION>" | grep bundleId \
| grep -v win | grep -v ipv6 | grep 4xlarge
This will filter the results to show only the 4XL bundle-id available in your region that works with Plesk.
Step 2: Creating a new 4XL instance with Plesk BYOL from an instance-snapshot
aws lightsail create-instances-from-snapshot \
--instance-snapshot-name "<YOUR_SNAPSHOT_NAME>" \
--instance-name "<YOUR_NEW_INSTANCE_NAME>" \
--bundle-id "<4XL_BUNDLE_ID_FROM_STEP_1>" \
--region "<YOUR_REGION>" \
--availability-zone "<YOUR_REGION>a"
For example to create an instance named MyNewInstance in the Singapore region from a snapshot named MyInstanceSnapshot the command would be ->
aws lightsail create-instances-from-snapshot \
--instance-snapshot-name MyInstanceSnapshot \
--instance-name MyNewInstance \
--bundle-id 4xlarge_3_0 \
--region ap-southeast-1 \
--availability-zone ap-southeast-1a

Note: Once created, your 4XL instance with Plesk BYOL will be fully visible and manageable through the Lightsail console, even though you couldn't create it there directly.
