Data Transfer out from EC2 to CloudFront will always be free as specified on the pricing page [1] (see "Data Transfer OUT From Amazon EC2 To" Table and the first item is CloudFront). So even after you finish with the free tier, there will still be no charge for that data traffic.
As you stated, CloudFront Data Transfer Out is free for the first 1TB and after that the pricing depends on how much data is transferred out and where the traffic is going (where the end user is located) [2].

1TB data transfer out of cloudfront is part of free tier and in all condition is free, ok. but in the 2nd link you have sent there's a state: Free for origin fetches from any AWS origin such as Amazon Simple Storage Service (S3), Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), or Elastic Load Balancers. what i understand is that if your origin be an EC2 instance, then your Data Transfer out from cloudfront will always be free, even after 1TB. Am i right?
