Ses cannot be removed from account

Question

We signed up for SES a couple years ago, and only used for a brief period of time. We have tried removing the service many times but since we cannot see it anywhere in the console, for all available regions we are still being charged. I have reached out to billing support and they just send articles that are just dead ends. This is my last attempt of reapplying the issue without legal action
