Neo4J can't access instance

I have a running instance of Neo4J, at least the UI says so...
I've tried accessing both Public IPv4 DNS and Public IPv4 address with no luck...

I can SSH into it and systemctl status neo4j.
It is started and says
Bolt enabled on [some IP address]:7687
Remote interface available at http://[some IP address]:7474/
Tried both of them in the browser with no luck
