Not able to access VPC management console, getting network failure errors

0

Recently we noticed we are not able to use the VPC console in any region. Whenever I go to VPC console, I get a lot of Network Failure messages. We can access VPC components using AWC CLI, but not from the console. I am using an IAM user with AdministratorAccess

Is there something new or is this something other accounts are also facing? This issue has been there for a while now.

If you use privacy browser extensions or security firewalls, they might be blocking access to the domains used by the AWS Management Console. Try turning off these extensions or adjusting firewall settings. To verify issues with your connection, open your browser developer tools (Chrome, Firefox) and inspect the errors in the Console tab. The AWS Management Console uses domains' suffixes including the following list.

  • Thank you so much. This solved the issue. I was using a proxy extension in Chrome.

Does it resolve itself after a browser refresh? I’ve seen similar issues with the authentication token times out and needs refreshing also.
