Is there a configurable alert limit in grafana community? (100) Do I need to subscribe to the enterprise to be unlimited?

As per the Amazon Managed Grafana documentation, the limit of alerts per workspace is 100 and it is not adjustable. A workaround within Amazon Managed Grafana is to create a new workspace as it is a hard limit per workspace.
