Hello there, We would like to implement AWS pinpoint for our project, but right now we are in develop phase so, We need a short code, but we want to use our own provider for short code, can we use our own short code for your service?, or should we request the short code from your service?

It would be easier to request a short code from Pinpoint. Another option is to use custom channel in your journey/campaign and create a lambda function that uses the api from our own provider to send messages.
