Validate and acknowledge on Coursera a course taken on eDX

I am now taking DevOps on AWS specializacion on cousera and one of the courses included is AWS technical essentials which I have already completed on edx, how can I validate such course not to take it again?

The AWS training content published on external platforms such as: "Coursera and edX" is separate from AWS. Currently, there is no arrangement between certain external platforms to cross-validate training course completions.
