Toll Free or DID +55

Is it possible to allocate a number in Brazil?

I read this 2022 publication (https://aws.amazon.com/pt/about-aws/whats-new/2022/12/amazon-connect-did-toll-free-numbers-available-brazil/) and in the US East (Northern Virginia) and US West (Oregon) regions they would be available, but when testing now it was not possible to enable a number with a +55 prefix (Brazil)

Hello, Please note that as per https://docs.aws.amazon.com/connect/latest/adminguide/phone-number-requirements.html#brazil-requirements For Brazil, there is a process outlined in the above doc that needs to be followed.
