RDS SQL db sql agent job view related issue

hi,I have two users: one with all privileges (user1, an admin user) and another with specific privileges for a specific database (user2). User2 created SQL Agent jobs in a SQL database hosted on Amazon RDS. Even though user1 has admin access, they are not able to view the jobs created by user2. In a SQL database hosted on a Windows server, I can give permission and view the jobs. Please help me do the same in RDS
