How to white list my Personal IP

We have been working on Connect Streams API, currently we have hosted our site on an Instance, Our developers work on there localhost, each time they need to upload the test code to whiteListed EC2 to check if code works.

Now we want to either while list our routers Ip to our connect instance or use some tools on AWS where we wont need to upload code again and again for testing.

I have figured out a way of working AWS Cloud9 IDE which creates and EC2 instance and sets environment for development. We have whitelisted the IP of that instance.
