Root User Authorization/Validation Error

0

I created this account 4 days ago and in the first three days I did not have access to the CloudShell because of authorization/validation errors (however, that seems to be resolved), but I still cannot create a crawler or generate a response with AWS Bedrock. Both still return errors when I try them with the root user and the error seems to be authorization/validation, but I don't know how to fix that at a root user account level.

Any feedback and information is greatly appreciated. Crawler Error Bedrock Error

Hello.

I have experienced a similar error in the past, but was able to resolve it by contacting AWS Support via "Account and billing".
So please contact AWS support.
"Account and billing" inquiries are free of charge.

Below is an example of someone who contacted AWS Support to resolve the same issue as you.

By the way, there have been reports that the issue was resolved after starting the EC2 instance for a few minutes, so please try this as well.

  • I appreciate your reply, but the reason I posted here because the AWS Generative AI response about my AWS support ticket regarding the matter said "the issue is beyond our scope on the Billing and Accounts team" and continued to say that I should post here for more information.
