AWS IoT Sitewise metrics changing with no reason

Hi everyone.

The company that I work for has an IIoT system storing data in IoT Sitewise to different accounts for different Customers (An Organization). The data coming through IoT Core, a lambda decoder is in change of store the data in IoT Sitewise.

As a Software Developer of the company Im facing an issue that I dont know where it come from.

Some metrics change in Sitewise with no apparently reason at the same time in all accounts, making some mess in the data. This happened a couple weeks ago in the morning about 3 hours, and happen last night again about 10 minutes. Despite measurements are reaching normally.

Im wondering if its a Sitewise problem, due to all account change at the same time, and the decoder is sending data normally to Sitewise.

I would like to know is someone have been facing this problem and if there is any way to prevent or fix this sporadic problem.
