How to rightsize AWS Opensearch instance size

I am looking at our 6 Opensearch instances and am trying to work out if they are the correct instance size or can be downsized.
CPU usage is quite low, but memory appears to be high. However, I know with RDS the "freeable memory" is basically irrelevant and always displays around 15% if the memory usage isn't high.
Is there a best practise for rightsizing opensearch?
