Unable to purchase prepaid HITs

Hello,  
  
I was not able to purchase prepaid HITs on the Amazon Mechanical Turk requester site today (Sept 24). Each time that I tried to make a purchase, I got the error message "There has been an error displaying your payment methods, please refresh and try again", and refreshing the page does not work either...I'm wondering whether anyone has encountered the same issue? How can I add payment to my requester account in this case?

We're still seeing this issue now and we've filed multiple tickets. Amazon hasn't updated their status page with any issues so far (https://requester.mturk.com/status/).
