If you are unable to unlink the account yourself, the most reliable method is to contact support directly. Reports from individuals who have faced this exact situation—where an association with a former employer (an AWS Partner) prevented registration at a new workplace—indicate that AWS resolved the issue within 48 hours.
Contact information:

Information to include in your request:
- AWS Candidate ID (found on your certification account)
- A personal email address you can currently access
- Name of your former employer (the AWS Partner company)
- Your former company email address (to the best of your recollection)
- An explanation of the situation: "I cannot unlink the account myself because I no longer have access to my former company email address."
- A clear request: "I wish to revoke consent for certification sharing and remove the association with the partner company."
To revoke consent and remove the association between your AWS Certifications and a former employer or AWS Partner, you'll need to manage this through your AWS Certification account. You can update your certification sharing preferences by logging into your AWS Certification account at aws.training or through the AWS Certification portal. Once logged in, look for settings related to certification sharing or partner associations where you can manage which organizations have access to view your certifications. You should be able to remove any partner associations from there, which will stop your certifications from counting toward their AWS Partner Network (APN) status. If you're having difficulty locating these settings or need assistance with the process, I recommend reaching out to AWS Training and Certification support directly through the AWS Support Center at https://console.aws.amazon.com/support/ where they can provide specific guidance for managing your certification account and partner associations. Since this involves your personal certification account rather than company email access, you should be able to make these changes using your current login credentials.

I can't do that, because I don't have an AWS account. I only have Builder ID that is where I get certified. I also opened a case and AWS have not provided help, other then AI answers that don't give me the appropriate direction. My Case ID is: 178829447900405
