Does RI sharing in orgs apply to RDS RIs too?

Does RI sharing between accounts in orgs apply to RDS RIs too? And for that matter ElastiCache RIs, OpenSearch, etc? This knowledge article just refers to RIs, so I would assume they mean all types of RIs, but the URL says EC2: https://aws.amazon.com/premiumsupport/knowledge-center/ec2-ri-consolidated-billing/
