Whitelist Senders for Workmail Junk Filter

Is there a possibility to whitelist senders für the aws junk mail filter? I have a legitimate sender (in my case it's PayPal informing me about activities in my account), that is always send to the junk folder. Workmail also doesn't seem to learn from me repeatedly moving these emails out of the junk into the inbox. What can I do? This is quite an inconvenience. Thanks for your help

Hi,

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing problems with mail incorrectly being flagged as spam. You can override the spam verdict using Mail flow rules.

    While I'm glad to have a work around of sorts, most spam systems I have worked with have a way to train them so that false positives and false negatives are reduced over time. Is there anything planned that would help make the spam filtering more accurate?
