Proctor Didnt Turn up for second time. No Help from Pearson Help desk.

Second time in a row Protctor didnt turn up for my exam.
I took leave for both the time and completely wasted my time.
No help from Pearson help desk other than asking me to wait for procor or they can create a Case id for me.
AWS really need to rethink about their arrangement with Pearson.
Highly unprofessional experience.

After being on call with Pearson for almost 30 mins finally manage to give the exam.
Glad to say i passed.
