AWS Bill cancellation

while creating a MariaDB instance using a Free Tier package, It seems I bought the elasti-cache service, which is a paid service. So i Got a bill of 201$ last month, is there any way to let AWS cancel this bill ? I simply cannot pay it and i dont want to lose my account

Please consult with AWS Support by creating a case with "Account and billing".
It is not absolutely certain that this will be addressed, but it is possible that some unintentionally high charges, etc. will be refunded.
