AWS SES sandbox to production

Hey, I have submitted last week my case to switch from sandbox to production. How long does this takes to complete? I have read that response is within 48 hours, but after one week nothing seems to happen. The status of the case is "Customer action completed". Any ideas how to streamline the process? Thank you
