AWS BUILDER ID RETRIEVE

Respected Sir/Madam, I am already certified in AWS Cloud Practitioner but I am unable to download my certificate from AWS Builder id , I was trying to login from AWS training and certification but i couldn't after multiple attempts i unknowingly deleted my AWS builder account , so how can i retrieve my account back Please help me to resolve this issue as my institution is asking certificate for placements. mail:- madhuri.nallam123@gmail.com Name:- Madhuri Nallam My AWS CP badge reference link:-

According to the documentation: "Deleting your AWS Builder ID permanently deletes all data associated with your AWS Builder ID and you will no longer be able to access or recover your data from applications."
