No, there's no way to do that. GuardDuty S3 Protection is enabled for all the buckets in the region and account where you enable the feature. The only extent to which you can influence which buckets are in its scope is that GuardDuty in its entirety being a regional service, you can exclude all the buckets in a given region by not enabling the S3 Protection feature in the region.

Thanks Leo! I thought so, a bit short sighted if you ask me. I'll be migrating that data to another provider which will resolve the problem too!
