I'm trying to resolve an error "Target.FailedHealthChecks" in Elastic Beanstalk for my WordPress website but when I checked the logs to troubleshoot the error I could not understand. The access log in nginx is like this "10.0.10.129 - - [01/Nov/2023:14:39:50 +0000] "\x16\x03\x01\x00\xA7\x01\x00\x00\xA3\x03\x03\x8DG\xAB\x09\xD3k\x9BX\x89\xA5\xBF\xC2\xE30\xFC\x9D\x87\xE4*" 400 150 "-" "-" "-" 10.0.19.8 - - [01/Nov/2023:14:39:57 +0000] "\x16\x03\x01\x00\xA7\x01\x00\x00\xA3\x03\x03a\x10W\xE1z\x12\xAF\xB0\xFD\x1Fp\x1Eo\x82y\xCE\xA3\xC5\xC7\x01\x91\xF1\xF0\xF8\xFDZ?\xBC\x1C\x18\xE1/ \xD8\x1F\x91\xFCM\xEBXQ" 400 150 "-" "-" "-"".

The error log is like this "2023/11/01 14:39:57 [warn] 140416#140416: *4601 using uninitialized "hour" variable while logging request, client: 10.0.19.8, server: , request: "§£aWáz¯°ýpo‚yΣÅÇ‘ñðøýZ?¼á/ Ø‘üMëXQ"". How do I resolve this? Thank you for any help.
