Q Topics option not visible in the leftside embedSession

I am using Embedded Quick Sight session for registered user work flow. I enabled Q search bar and shared the topic to user with permission co-owner. but the Q Topics option in the left side is not visible.

QuickSight Q does not currently support the console embedding use case. You can however embed the Q bar into your website through which readers can have access to Q Topics.
