Need Urgent Help: Please Change my name for AWS certification and Training

Question

My name in the account currently  is Vidhee Shetty and I raised a ticket for it to become Shetty Vidhee Shridhar but  my official id has the sequence

Changed to :**Vidhee Shridhar Shetty** and I have raised 2 tickets, the next one is correct . I have to schedule an exam in 2 days as I am leaving the state . I havent gotten any reply from the aws team . Please help me change my name to

Vidhee Shridhar Shetty 
Candidate ID: AWS03935387
I am panicking and please help me to get rid of this issue and complete the examination

re:Post does not allow you to change the name used for the AWS exam.  
I think you have probably already contacted AWS from the URL below, but I don't think we can respond to anything other than this URL.

I once changed my name, but it took about two days, including exchanging messages with AWS.  
Therefore, in some cases, it may be better to cancel the exam or reschedule it to a date that suits your schedule.
