invoice billing for academic researcher?

I am a professor at the University of Tennessee and I use MTurk for academic research—usually creating a HIT so workers can take my online surveys. Is there a way to set up online billing as an invoice (so it comes AFTER the data is collected) instead of paying up front? that way my university can pay directly! thank you!
