Some quotes from the Close an AWS account documentation:
You don't need to delete resources in your AWS account before closing it.
You remain responsible for all outstanding fees and charges for the services consumed before account closure.
According to the above you should not be billed for any resources that you do not delete after you close an account (apart from outstanding Reserved Instances and Savings Plans).

Hello.
Have you deleted all DicrectConnect connections?
I think if this remains, port time will be charged.
