AWS server CPU utilisation always at least 3%

Hello AWS community,

I have a basic question about the CPU utilisation for my AWS server. Some weeks ago, the "Rest" CPU was always at 0% (or close to 0%), when there was no activity on the server. This then changed to the Rest CPU being at around 3%, even when there was no activity on the server. Is this something I should worry about or is this a quite normal behavior? CPU utilization for my server

Hello.

Even when there is no activity on the server, the CPU is used by background systems and applications, so I think 3% is normal.
