PA API Error 500 when adding credentials

Hi,

For whatever reasons my Amazon Associates Product Advertising API credentials aren't working anymore (they did before). I'd therefore like to generate new ones. However, whenever I click in Associates Central under Tools -> Product Advertising API -> Add credentials, I get an error 500 message: "500 Internal Server Error If you are the administrator of this website, then please read this web application's log file and/or the web server's log file to find out what went wrong." That's directly on the Amazon Associates website, not my own, so I can't really do anything about that internal sever error.

And if I try to delete the existing credentials, I get this error message: "We are currently unable to provide the data requested. Please try again later. "

Now that's already been for several days and still not working. I've contacted the Amazon Associates Support who unfortunately were less than helpful with this matter.

Any ideas of what I could do? Or if you know of a forum that'd be better placed to answer this question?
