Elstic Benstalk not terminating

I deleted the application from elstic beanstalk instead of terminatioong the envirnment, sicne then the termination window is still spinning by auto-refesing.

It seems similar to the problem here.
We have confirmed that the same issue will be automatically deleted after a period of time.
