Cannot login to Skillbuilder using my AWS Builder ID

Hi, I have SkillBuilder subscription for $29/month. Starting Saturday March 7, i cannot login to Skillbuilder because my Builder Id is blocked. I checked the error in the browser console. On the UI, it says "It's not you, it's us We couldn't complete your request right now. Please try again later.".

I created a support ticket on March 8 but its been 72 hours and no one has updated the case: ***************. I have Basic Support Plan.

Can someone please unblock my Builder Id so i can login to Chrome?

I have already tried the following as well: cleared browser cache and cookies. Tried a different browser. Tried a different device. Synched my computer's date and time and restarted. Issue is still there.

  • I had the same issue throughout the week. Support escalated my issue and finally I could log back in today.

Thanks. The Builder Id just got unblocked and now i can sign in to skillbuilder again using my AWS Builder ID. It stopped working on Saturday and i regained access on Thursday so that's like 5 days of waiting.
