Account verification

-2

Dear AWS Support Team,

I recently created a new free tier AWS account, but it appears my account verification is still incomplete I think. As a result, I'm unable to use certain AWS services.

For example, when attempting to use AWS Glue, I receive an AccessDeniedException stating that my account is denied access. I've also noticed that a few other services are unavailable despite using the root account with the necessary permissions.

Could you please verify the status of my AWS account and let me know if any additional verification steps are required? If there are any restrictions on my account, I'd appreciate it if you could remove them so I can access AWS services normally.

I have created a lot of support tickets but no one is replying.

Please let me know if you require any additional information from my side.

Thank you for your assistance.

I understand your frustration with account verification issues preventing you from accessing certain AWS services like AWS Glue. Here's what you should know:

Account Verification Process: New AWS accounts typically go through an automated verification process that can take up to 24 hours to complete. During this time, access to certain services may be restricted. If verification takes longer or encounters issues, AWS may need additional information to complete the process.

Common Reasons for Service Access Issues:

  • Account verification is still in progress
  • Payment method verification is pending
  • Your account may require additional identity verification
  • Service-specific limitations on new accounts

What You Should Do: The best way to resolve account verification issues is to work directly with AWS Support through the AWS Support Center at https://console.aws.amazon.com/support/. You can add correspondence to your existing case with any additional details or questions.

If you haven't received responses to your support tickets, please check:

  • Your email spam/junk folders for AWS communications
  • The Support Center for any updates or requests for additional information
  • Whether your contact information in your AWS account is current and accurate

Alternative Options: If you need faster response times for critical business needs, you may want to review your AWS Support plan options, as different support tiers offer varying response time commitments.

Please continue working through the Support Center for the most direct path to resolving your account verification status.
