No response to my ticket

Hi, I created a ticket (Case ID 176401306300544) 2 days ago requesting an increase in my MTurk limit and have not received a response yet. I am in a rush and would like to start ASAP. What can I do?

I understand your frustration with not receiving a response to your support ticket after 2 days. This can be concerning, especially when you're in a rush to get started. Here are some steps you can take:

  1. Update your existing support case with a clear note stating how long you've been waiting and the business impact this delay is causing. Request an explicit escalation in your update.

  2. Check all email addresses associated with your AWS account, including spam folders, to ensure you haven't missed any communications from AWS.

  3. Verify that your ticket has the appropriate severity level, as response times can vary based on the selected severity.

  4. If you have an AWS Account Manager or are working with an AWS Partner, reach out to them directly as they can often help expedite support cases.

  5. Try using the chat option in AWS Support to inquire about the status of your request.

  6. If possible, check if your case is still showing as "unassigned" in the AWS Support Center, which might indicate it hasn't been picked up yet.

While waiting, continue to be patient but persistent. In your case updates, emphasize the critical nature of the issue and the business impact it's causing. Support requests for limit increases sometimes take longer to process as they may require manual review.
