Device Farm Desktop browser testing - Use different host configuration

Greetings, Does it possible to execute desktop browser tests on more powerful hosts? I am working on testing a complex data visualization project with a high rendering cost. Using the current desktop browser testing configuration, only loading the page takes about 10 minutes. I am wondering if there is any possibility to use a more powerful host when working with the Desktop browser in the device farm (more CPU/RAM and potentially with GPU)?

Configuring specs of the test running host is not currently supported in Device Farm desktop browser testing.

I believe you can explore creating an EC2 instance based on your test requirements and running a remote selenium webdriver on it.
