To delete an Elastic Beanstalk environment configuration value, you need to go to the Elastic Beanstalk console, select your environment, and navigate to the "Configuration" page. From there, select "Updates, monitoring, and logging" and click "Edit". Next, choose "Environment properties", find the property you want to remove, click "Remove", and then click "Apply". However, if you are still experiencing issues with removing the property, you may need to check if the property is also set in the environment's saved configurations or if there are any restrictions on changing the environment properties.
