SES suppression list

Hi, I have been checking with many users from one of our lists, their emails have been reported as bounced, but they have received the emails. I will appreciate if someone can tell me something about this behavior, and if there is a solution. I can't suppress emails from our lists unless I'm sure that the report is correct, and in my case, something is not working as expected with AWS. Thanks in advance !!
